Many times, first time home buyers become frustrated due to many factors such as: multiple offers, not knowing the buying process, difficulty in getting pre-approved, not setting priorities as to location or size of home. Jack spends time with each buyer to prioritize their goals so he can efficiently begin his research on available and off-market properties that fit his client’s requirements. He sets-up automated systems to track new listings, constantly talking with other agents in the industry and always communicating with his clients.
Jack will preview all properties that he recommends or that his clients shows interest in, to ensure that he can point out any specific and/or unusual development that could cause concern in purchasing the property. Jack will communicate with listing agent and get all the disclosures and inspection reports. He will review all reports with the buyers to ensure they understand their significance.
During the offer process, he will personally present your offer to the listing agent. His strong negotiation skills will be use during the offer process and into the multiple offer situation if required.

Information about homes on the MLS is widely available online through websites such as Redfin, Zillow, Trulia, MLSlisting.com, and Realator.com. Online buyers can find pictures, 3-D floor plans of the house, videos highlighting the property, marketing material, and links to all disclosures and reports. Jack provides clients with a great deal of information that goes far beyond the comps and numbers. This can be extremely valuable , especially to a buyer unfamiliar with the location.
